One For All is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) NIL Collective dedicated to empowering high school and collegiate athletes through Name, Image & Likeness opportunities, community investment, and real-world entrepreneurship.
One For All works with athletes and artists across Illinois and the United States to provide the resources, education, and opportunities they deserve.
We are selective about who joins our collective. We are looking for athletes and families who understand that success is a collective effort. The team comes before the individual.
One For All was not born in a boardroom. It was forged through a personal crisis and a systemic failure.
Our founder, Derek Drew, is a former Division I athlete at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a 12-time Conference Champion, and an NCAA Championships qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles. His achievements were earned under extraordinary circumstances: during his final collegiate season in 2016, Derek was diagnosed with cancer.
Derek made the hard choice. He declined the immediate payout, trained through chemotherapy, and competed. He won the Conference Championship in the 400H and qualified for the NCAA Championships. Only after his season concluded did he move forward with the film.
That experience was the catalyst. It revealed a reality: the NIL landscape is unregulated, exploitative, and often forces young athletes to choose between their health, their education, and their financial survival.
As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we operate with full transparency. Every dollar donated, every deal structured, every program we run is guided by one question: does this truly serve the athlete?
One For All Collective Corp is a federally tax-exempt organization under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN: 93-2933923
Since 2021, student-athletes at the collegiate level and in many states at the high school level have had the legal right to earn compensation based on who they are.
Partnering with One For All means your investment goes directly to athletes in your community. As a 501(c)(3) organization, donor contributions are tax-deductible. Your support funds NIL deals for athletes who might otherwise be overlooked.
One For All operates in full compliance with NCAA guidelines, state NIL laws, and institutional policies. We strongly encourage all athletes to review their school's NIL policy and consult with their athletic department before entering any agreement. This page does not constitute legal advice. Rules vary by state and institution.
One For All teaches athletes how to build brands, think like founders, and create income that does not expire when eligibility does.
The average college athletic career lasts 4 years. The average professional career lasts fewer than 5. Your name, your work ethic, and your network last a lifetime. The Entrepreneurship Program is built on one premise: the skills that make you a great athlete can make you a great entrepreneur.
Any athlete in the One For All network is eligible. Whether you already have a business idea or you're starting from zero, this program meets you where you are.
One For All Athletics is a youth track and field program operating under One For All Collective Corp, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) NIL collective. We keep our roster intentionally small — a 1:15 coach-to-athlete ratio — so every athlete receives the attention and development they deserve.
These are the competitors, creators, and future founders we are proud to support.
Every purchase supports One For All athletes and programs. Rep the collective. Fuel the mission.
