Our Core Philosophy
What We Do

A complete support
system for athletes.

One For All works with athletes and artists across Illinois and the United States to provide the resources, education, and opportunities they deserve.

01
Financial Support
Direct financial assistance for training costs, competition fees, health and safety needs, and the expenses that keep athletes competing.
02
Camps, Training & Competition
We organize athletic camps, coaching sessions, and training programs at facilities across the country. If you compete, the door is open.
03
NIL Opportunities
We actively connect athletes with NIL opportunities regardless of school, division, or prior experience. Every competitor deserves a shot.
04
NIL Research & Equity
We conduct surveys and data analysis to study how NIL monetization works and where it falls short, advocating for fairer policies for all.
05
Education & Empowerment
We run programs and forums so athletes understand their rights. Topics include NIL laws, athlete eligibility, data rights, and right of publicity.
Who We Serve

Built for every competitor.

High School Athletes
Exploring NIL for the first time and building the foundation for what comes next.
Collegiate Athletes
Ready to maximize their earning window and build a brand that outlasts their eligibility.
Athlete-Entrepreneurs
Building brands and businesses that produce income beyond their playing careers.
Join the Collective

As 1 We Win.

We are selective about who joins our collective. We are looking for athletes and families who understand that success is a collective effort. The team comes before the individual.

Our Story

As One
We Win.

One For All was not born in a boardroom. It was forged through a personal crisis and a systemic failure.

Our founder, Derek Drew, is a former Division I athlete at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a 12-time Conference Champion, and an NCAA Championships qualifier in the 400-meter hurdles. His achievements were earned under extraordinary circumstances: during his final collegiate season in 2016, Derek was diagnosed with cancer.

While his community rallied to cover his medical costs, a production studio approached him with an offer to document his journey on film. Accepting payment would have jeopardized his collegiate eligibility.

Derek made the hard choice. He declined the immediate payout, trained through chemotherapy, and competed. He won the Conference Championship in the 400H and qualified for the NCAA Championships. Only after his season concluded did he move forward with the film.

That experience was the catalyst. It revealed a reality: the NIL landscape is unregulated, exploitative, and often forces young athletes to choose between their health, their education, and their financial survival.

As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we operate with full transparency. Every dollar donated, every deal structured, every program we run is guided by one question: does this truly serve the athlete?

Our Values
01
Equity
Every athlete and artist deserves access to the same opportunities.
02
Empowerment
We give our members the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build for themselves.
03
Community
We invest back into the communities that shape the athletes we serve.
04
Integrity
We operate with full transparency as a 501(c)(3) organization.
05
Excellence
On the field and off it, we hold ourselves and the athletes we serve to the highest standard.

Your Name. Your Image.
Your Likeness. Your Power.

Since 2021, student-athletes at the collegiate level and in many states at the high school level have had the legal right to earn compensation based on who they are.

For Businesses & Donors

Your investment goes to
real student athletes.

Partnering with One For All means your investment goes directly to athletes in your community. As a 501(c)(3) organization, donor contributions are tax-deductible. Your support funds NIL deals for athletes who might otherwise be overlooked.

NIL Compliance

One For All operates in full compliance with NCAA guidelines, state NIL laws, and institutional policies. We strongly encourage all athletes to review their school's NIL policy and consult with their athletic department before entering any agreement. This page does not constitute legal advice. Rules vary by state and institution.

Entrepreneurship Program

The Playbook
for Life After
the Game.

One For All teaches athletes how to build brands, think like founders, and create income that does not expire when eligibility does.

Why It Matters

Your discipline is
already a business skill.

The average college athletic career lasts 4 years. The average professional career lasts fewer than 5. Your name, your work ethic, and your network last a lifetime. The Entrepreneurship Program is built on one premise: the skills that make you a great athlete can make you a great entrepreneur.

Program · 01
Business Education
Foundational courses covering business models, cash flow, contracts, and intellectual property. Built for athletes, not business school graduates.
Program · 02
Brand Building & Marketing
Learn to develop your personal brand, grow your social presence, pitch to sponsors, and build an audience that translates into real earning power.
Program · 03
Mentorship Network
Connect with entrepreneurs, business professionals, and athlete alumni who have walked this path before. Our mentors are invested in your success.
Program · 04
Potential Funding (Coming Soon)
We are actively exploring grant and funding opportunities for athlete-entrepreneurs enrolled in the program. Details will be announced as confirmed.
Who Is This For?

Any athlete in the One For All network is eligible. Whether you already have a business idea or you're starting from zero, this program meets you where you are.

As part of this collective, OFA Athletics athletes will receive NIL education — learning what NIL means, how it applies to them, and how to position themselves as their athletic careers develop. Beyond education, we will make an honest, active effort to source brand partnerships on behalf of the team and the program, creating real NIL opportunities for our athletes.
